Velobet VIP Programme

The honest version up front: Velobet does not run a published tiered VIP system. There are no Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum/Diamond ranks on the public site. There is no point-conversion table, no comp-rate sheet, and no progress bar to grind. The VIP programme is invite-only and informal — Velobet identifies high-value players based on activity and reaches out directly with an enhanced package tied to a personal account manager.

If a published ladder with named tiers and visible progression matters to you, this isn't the casino for that. If you're indifferent to the gamification and just want better terms once you're playing serious volume, the invite-only approach is fine — you simply won't know exactly what you're getting until the invite arrives.

What VIPs Get

What VIPs Receive

Three confirmed VIP benefits are referenced in Velobet's published material:

Higher withdrawal limits

Standard accounts are capped at €7,500 weekly and €15,000 monthly across all withdrawal methods combined — see Payment Methods for the full matrix and processing windows. VIP players are granted increased limits on a case-by-case basis. The exact amounts are not publicly disclosed and are negotiated through your account manager based on your typical balance and play volume.

Enhanced cashback

The standard Sunday Cashback promo pays 10% on weekly net losses with no wagering — covered in detail on the Promotions page. VIP cashback rates are higher than the public 10%, but the exact uplift is not advertised publicly — it's part of the private VIP package.

Personal account manager

A dedicated VIP host assigned as your single point of contact for bonuses, withdrawal escalation, and account questions. In practice this means a faster route to the operator for anything non-routine: large withdrawal approvals, custom bonus offers, table-limit exceptions, and direct lines for issue escalation that bypass the general support queue.

Honest Assessment

Honest Assessment

Casino Guru — one of the more rigorous independent casino review sites — explicitly notes that Velobet does not operate a structured VIP tier system. That observation matches what we find on the public Velobet site: no ladder, no published thresholds, no comp percentages.

This isn't necessarily a negative. Many high-value players prefer the invite-only approach because it strips out the manipulative loyalty-program psychology that some casinos use to keep players grinding. There's no fake "you're 200 points away from Platinum" prompt designed to trigger one more session. You play, your activity is logged, and if you cross whatever internal threshold Velobet uses, you get an invite. If you don't, you don't.

The downside is opacity. You can't reverse-engineer the system to know what level of play unlocks what level of perk. You can't calculate the expected value of grinding toward a specific tier. You can't compare offers between casinos using a published comp rate. If you're a serious value-shopper, that opacity is a real cost.

Sister Brand Transfers

Sister Brand VIP Transfers

Velobet operates on the same Santeda platform as MyStake Casino, Cosmobet, Rolletto, GoldenBet, and Donbet. VIP transfers between sister brands are not currently advertised. If you have VIP status at one of those brands and want it recognised at Velobet, the only path is to ask your existing account manager directly — there is no published cross-brand tier matching.
